VelesProm presented a new state-of-the-art unit – “Component mixer with bottom homogenizer”. The equipment is designed for mixing, emulsifying, vacuuming, various heat treatment and cooling of paste-like, liquid and viscous products. The multifunctional unit is designed with the latest technology in mind.

The mixer has been successfully tested for the production of cosmetic cream, all installed programs have been completed, and a high-quality product has been produced.

The 50 liter vacuum tank with an indirect heating and cooling jacket has a thermal insulation layer. Uniform heating is carried out by heating elements or steam supply.

The frame agitator, which does not leave any sediment on the walls and bottom, effectively mixes viscous and paste-like products. The homogenizer is connected to the bottom of the tank. It is designed for fine grinding and thorough mixing of hard-to-soluble particles. For the formation of a homogeneous mass and a stable emulsion the unit has a control unit in which it is possible to set the temperature mode, adjust the power of the homogenizer, the frame agitator and the water supply to the tank jacket.

The additional components of the unit are: an illuminated viewing window, a convenient loading sealed hatch, a conical bottom with a central drain, temperature sensors, and a vacuum piston pump.
All equipment is located on one platform, the protection system ensures absolute safety for personnel.
