CPL Aromas re-launch Aromaguard technology

CPL Aromas has recently re-launched its Malodour Counteractant technology Aromaguard as new advances are made by the R&D department to combat unpleasant smells.

Delegates from the company’s world-wide divisions gathered in the UK to witness the latest developments on Aromaguard. This innovative technology is already used by dozens of customers throughout the world but new research has uncovered new applications for the product to work in.

Aromaguard from CPL Aromas is a bespoke malodour Counteractant technology. As each and every bad smell is completely unique, the Aromaguard solution is tailored to match a specific unpleasant smell.

The clever technology works by changing the brain’s perception of what the nose is smelling, making bad odours seem pleasant by neutralising the active malodour molecules and replacing them with the desired fragrance.

Aromaguard is highly effective with a 70% reduction in malodour perception and can be used in a variety of applications in personal and household care and industrial and institutional products.

During the two day re-launch conference delegates were shown case studies of how Aromaguard counteracts the malodours produced by depilatory creams, haircare products, bathroom and kitchen malodours with remarkable results. As a result customers will derive a significant benefit from the inclusion of Aromaguard technology as it provides a more pleasant environment or user friendly experience.

Aromaguard technology is available exclusively from CPL Aromas and forms part of fragrances created with a variety of odour profiles that work in dozens of applications all of which reduce malodours by at least 70%.
