On July, 8th the president of Arnest Group Alexey Sagal and the rector of the North-Caucasus Federal University Alina Levitskaya have signed the memorandum of opening of industrial design and package engineering laboratory. Document signing has passed in presence of the minister of North Caucasus affairs Lev Kuznetsov and the minister of economic development of Stavropol Region Andrey Murga.

The mutually advantageous agreement assumes creation of a laboratory of industrial design and package engineering on the basis of department of technological processes and equipment of aerosol manufacture of North-Caucasus Federal University. Innovative technologies and modern equipment of the laboratory will allow not only to develop a direction of industrial design by release of cans of shaped form, but also to prepare highly professional experts with those competences which will be designated by OJSC Arnest. It will give the chance for the graduates of the main department to be in demand both on the factory floor and on the whole branch, and also on the adjacent spheres of the industry that need employees of a similar profile.

– Today’s event shows that aims of country authorities on preparation of qualified competitive specialists of Stavropol Region are successfully executed. The document means creation of scientific base in demanded sector of economy. So, it serves for the solution of one more important problem – further modernization of domestic industry, successful realization of import substitution program in Russia. I expect that similar experience in perspective will extend on all specialties of high school, – Lev Kuznetsov has noted.

The total cost of the project on creation of the laboratory on the basis of North-Caucasus Federal University will make about 200 million rubles. Acquisition of the advanced foreign equipment and also preparation of premises and training of experts is planned for these means.

Answering a question on a demand of a new direction on preparation of experts in aerosol branch, Alina Levitskaya has underlined that now applications on all 25 budgetary places are submitted from the future students.

Alexey Sagal has noted active participation of the ministry of Russia on North Caucasus affairs, the government of Stavropol region in the project realization on laboratory creation and in other directions of development of the enterprise. 

– Today we feel support from the regional and federal authorities. As we estimated measures of state support which are given to us will allow the enterprise to save essential means. These means become an important investment in the further development of manufacture on Arnest, – Alexey Sagal has said.
