Method
Part A: Sprinkle the carbomer in the water and allow swelling for 60 minutes without stirring. Weigh and mix Part B. Weigh and mix Part C. Pour Part B into Part A with Staro stirring (s=500 rpm). Pour Part C into Part A+B with Staro stirring (s=1000 rpm). Extemporaneously, add Part D to Part A+B+C with Staro stirring (s=1000 rpm). Neutralize with Part E with Staro stirring (s=5000 rpm), mix well. Weigh and mix Part F and add it to the compound. Mix well. Add Part G. Mix well.
