Europe and the United States remain the two largest markets in the world, notably because of their strong orientation towards specialty ingredients. They are followed by Brazil and China, the two most developed markets among the maturing countries. In comparison to other markets, Brazil protrudes with its greater focus on the hair care segment, followed by Japan, Southeast Asia, and India.
