Summary

Active contribution to drive commercial performance in close collaboration with direct Manager
To provide a single point of contact for sales force and effectively operate as the liaison on all issues relating to existing and new fragrance business.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Promote bank/ product portfolio
Provide detailed project insight (Customer/ Internal perspective) in order to clearly define brief parameters.
Organize a formal commercial kick off and finalize action plan & timetable, and keep all relevant teams updated.
Evaluate and decide on final submissions together with other team members
Generate proposal/price offers.
Define and stage a submission presentation that maximizes commercial advantage and resources
Monitor the project progress. Coordinate win/loss analysis

Managing selected Accounts in Russia

Customer Relationship

Managing selected accounts in close collaboration with direct Manager
Establish customer contacts on all levels – R&D, Procurement, Marketing
Build understanding of specific customer activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers via multi-source (public information, annual reports, press, meeting, etc).
Focus on building relationships with customer decision makers/influencers.
Develop understanding of customer decision making criteria.
Identify prospect and customer opportunities and build business case.
Develop high quality aligned account plans.
Set clear commercial targets annually.
To ensure effective timely communication of customer activity ie. Briefs, visit reports and submission feedback to all relevant parties.
Develop proactive initiatives with marketing and Technical departments to continually deliver innovation and to showcase expertize

Sales & Financial Information Management

Provide on-going input on sales forecast and providing formal quarterly review and annual budget.
Monitor account sales performance (monthly/ quarterly/annually) and provide strategic project updates to direct management.

Requirements

Essential:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with people at different levels
Creative & analytical thinking to differentiate from competition
Fluent in both written & verbal Business English
Team spirit
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or Engineering
Excellent computer skills
Accurate and well organized
Open personality with drive for personal growth
Prefer 1-3 years work experience in Fragrance Industry in sales, sales service, evaluation or marketing experience

Additional Information

The ability to learn and be flexible in a rapidly changing business environment is essential.

Strong coordinating and time management skills and positive attitude is important.
